We help support the UK economy and can include VAT receipts with all of our to order watches. If another dealer cannot give you a VAT receipt, ask them why. If you do not get a VAT receipt then you may have unknowingly committed VAT fraud.
Because of this, we can supply VAT free to countries (and to BFPO addressees) outside of the EU.
Please note, that all second hand watches, and the occasional nearly new model, are not eligible for a VAT free or VAT refund price as there is no import VAT on these types of stock. We will do our best to make this clear on our listings page but if in doubt please contact us for clarification.
*Terms Apply and unless otherwise indicated.
Please also contact us if you have further questions but please find the general processes below.
For Orders Dispatched to Addresses Outside of the EU or Purchased by VAT Registered Businesses.
Please use the Ask A Question button on the listing or call us on +442380639355 to confirm that the watch is to order and that you are eligible for a VAT free purchase. We can then supply you with an invoice or discount code for purchase through our website.
For Orders Collected In Store and Exported
Non EU Residents are still eligible for a VAT refund when collecting in person. The full price (including VAT) must be paid on collection. We can supply you with a VAT reclaim form when in store which must be countersigned by a member of customs on your way out of the country. This completed form should then be placed in an envelope and returned to the store. Please remember a stamp for the postage. When in receipt of the form, we will refund the VAT amount to the same card that you made payment with.
Please be aware that any import duties owed when the package enters the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. We advise all customers to check locally, before placing the order, to see if any are due and if so how much.
