How our service works & how we buy watches
At Watch Buyers we make it very easy for your to sell your watch. Simply follow the three steps below.

Get a Quote
Click the ‘Get a Quote’ button at the top of the page to get a quote on your watch.

Offer
We will make you an offer via email or phone, normally, within 48 hours.

Accept & Collect
If you accept the offer we will arrange for the watch to be delivered to our office and on confirmation of condition and authenticity we will deposit funds into your bank that same day.
Frequently asked questions
Which watch makes do you buy?
Since 1994, Watch Buyers have bought hundreds of fine quality time pieces from manufacturers such as Rolex, Omega, Breitling, Cartier & Tag Heuer. We will provide a quotation on any high quality time piece or wristwatch.
I have submitted a quote request, what next?
Once we receive your request we will begin the process of making you an offer. We may need to ask you some specific questions so please include your phone number. We will not deal with enquiries without a valid phone number.If you are happy with our offer and would like to proceed, please see 'How do I send my watch to Watch Buyers' below.
How do I send my watch to Watch Buyers?
We can send you our pre-paid special delivery pack and you can send to us from your local post office. The Royal Mail has an insurance ceiling of £2500 per package. Do not worry your watch is still covered up to a maximum offer of £25,000 by our commercial insurance policy. In the unfortunate event of loss through postage, we will pay you the offer amount as agreed and make a claim ourselves. But, please feel assured that we have not lost an item yet.
Sending the watch to us yourself
If the courier service is not convenient for you, or your watch is not eligible for free collection, you may wish to send the item to us yourself. Please send the item to the following address;

For security, and so as not to draw unwanted attention, we recommend not addressing the package to 'Watch Buyers'. Don't worry, the item will still get here, but please let us know that you are sending it in so we know when to expect it. Unfortunately we are unable to cover any postage costs when this is organised by yourself.
How will I get paid for my watch?
Once we have seen your watch and confirmed that it is as you described, we will confirm this with a final offer. If you are happy with this, we will make a same day electronic payment into your nominated personal bank account.
How do I contact Watch Buyers before completing an online quote request?

Do you sell watches or offer a brokerage service?
Yes, we have many watches for sale on the “Watches for Sale” page, whether second hand or as new, which we sell from stock or source from our dealer network. If you would like a specific watch that is not shown, please get in touch and we can send you a written quote. Watch Buyers is not affilitated to any of the brands that we sell/source.
